Q. What are Scentsy Wickless Candles?
A. A wickless candle, called a Scentsy Bar, is a highly fragrant wax bar that is warmed to release fragrance into the air. Because the wax is gently warmed rather than burned, it can hold more fragrance oil than a traditional candle. And, because there is no flame, there is no smoke, soot or lead. Scentsy wickless candles are a safer alternative to traditional candles.

Q. How is the Scentsy Wax Warmed?
A. Scentsy’s beautiful ceramic warmers house a low-watt light bulb that slowly melts the Scentsy Bar or Scentsy Brick, filling your home with one of more than 80 unique, long-lasting scents. The combination of a Scentsy Warmer with a Scentsy Bar is known as a Scentsy System.

Q. How Long Will a Scentsy Bar’s Fragrance Last?
A. That depends on a number of factors, including the size of the room, the humidity and temperature in the room, and how many sections of a Scentsy Bar are used at a time. Your biological makeup and unique reaction to smell will also influence how long a scent seems to last. In general, a Scentsy Bar lasts approximately 40 to 80 hours. This wide variation in time is due to the composition of different fragrances as well as the factors described above. A light fragrance such as mint will not last as long as a heavy bakery fragrance. Some fragrances have lasted longer. It depends on the strength of the Scentsy fragrance.

A. Scentsy Wickless Candles and home-fragrance products are made in Scentsy’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Meridian, Idaho. Our ceramic warmers are designed by Scentsy and made to our exacting specifications by our manufacturing partner.

Q. How Hot Does Scentsy Wax Get When Warmed?
A. Scentsy wax gets just above body temperature, so it won’t burn or harm anyone. Best of all Scentsy Products are safe to use around children and pets.

Q. Do I use a whole candle bar at a time?
A. One Scentsy Bar comes in a plastic container called a clam shell. Each clam shell contains 8 break a part cubes. Choose your favorite scent, break one or two of cubes of wax and place them in the top of your warmer. Plug it in, Turn it on, Relax and Enjoy.

Q. How hot does the wax get?
A. The wax temperature is very low, just above body temperature. The wax never gets hot enough to burn anyone since our Scentsy warmers are heated with low watt bulbs.

Q. How Do I Clean the Scentsy Wax Out of the Warmer?
A. While the Authentic Scentsy Wax is warmed and melted simply pour the wax back into its original container to save for later use. If the fragrance has evaporated simply pour the wax into a lined garbage can or container. While the cup is still warm, wipe out the wax with a paper towel. Yes, it’s that simple.

Q. What Wattage of Light Bulb Do The Scentsy Warmers Use?
A. Scentsy Full-Size Warmer use a standard 25 watt candleabra base light bulb, the Mid-Size Scentsy Warmers use a 20 watt bulb and the Plug In Warmers use a 15 watt bulb found at most home improvements stores or you can purchase Scentsy Light Bulbs right here, online. Each Scentsy Warmer comes with a light bulb.

Q. Does The Scentsy Candle Warmer Come With a Light Bulb?
A. YES, all Scentsy Warmers include a Scentsy light bulb with purchase.

Q. How Long Can I Leave My Scentsy Candle Warmer On?
A. As long as you feel comfortable. Think of it as a lamp. I leave mine on 24/7 or you can set your Scentsy Warmer on a timer and have it turn on shortly before you arrive home from work. What a nice welcome that will be when you get home.

Q. How Long Until my Scentsy order is Delivered?
A. Your Online Scentsy orders are delivered in a timely fashion and will arrive to your specified address in approximately 7-10 business days, via Ground UPS.

Q. How Much is Shipping?
A. Orders over $150 qualify for FREE Shipping, when sent to one address. Contact Me for more information. All other online orders only pay 10% shipping. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada or Alaska incur only a 20% shipping fee.

Q. What Kind of Wax is Used in Authentic Scentsy Bars?
A. Authentic Scentsy Candle Bars and Bricks are made with a custom, high-quality paraffin wax blend. It is designed for a specific scent load and low melt point. This wax was picked to due to its superior scent loading quality and melt point firmness. Vegetable wax didn’t offer this same quality Scentsy was looking for.

Q. What Kind of Fragrance Oil is Used in Scentsy Products?
A. Scentsy products are manufactured with key fragrance oil which is the highest grade of oil available before processing. Fragrance oils can be all-natural, or laboratory-reproduced copies of natural aromatic chemicals depending on cost-effectiveness. Essential oils are natural oils derived from plants that can have therapeutic effect and are produced without regard to their cost-effectiveness. Scentsy products may contain essential oils but do not necessarily contain them, so no claim is made regarding essential oils in our marketing. Please be aware of unscrupulous marketing campaigns. “Infused with essential oil” could mean nothing more than one drop of essential oil in a very large batch. “Inspired by essential oil” means nothing more than the product contains fragrance oil.

Q. Does Scentsy sell anything else besides Wax and Warmers

We have a large line of products including Fragrance Foam, Travel Tins, Room Sprays, Scent Circles, and Scentsy Buddies.  On March 1st, 2012, Scentsy expands its line with Layers, a unique body care line up in your favorite Scentsy Scents as well a Greeting Card line with over 150 cards with have our one of kind Scentsy Fragrances. Not only did Scentsy stop there.  On May 1st, 2012 Scentsy, Inc will introduce it’s first separate brand, VELATA. This is a unique Fondue warming system, featuring a patent-pending , silicone dish on a an electric warmer paired with the world’s finest Belgian chocolate to create  fun easy-to-sue, and delicious fondue experience.
